A few little things to know
What does the Ilika Voice Face Mask Maker do?
It mixes and heats compatible fresh ingredients with a collagen peptide tablet to prepare a gel-like facial mask at home. The voice-guided model gives spoken prompts to help you follow the preparation steps.
How much water, juice and collagen should I add?
The product instructions specify about 60 ml of purified water, about 20 ml of compatible fruit juice or nutrient solution, and one collagen peptide tablet. Use the supplied measuring cup and do not exceed the machine’s 90 ml total capacity.
How long does it take to make a mask?
The automatic mixing and heating cycle takes approximately 5 minutes. Wait for the completion light or voice prompt, then release the mixture onto the mask plate. Allow it to cool and set before removing or applying it.
How do I release and apply the finished mask?
Place the mask plate under the outlet and use the diversion key or release button described in your manual. Let the mixture spread evenly, cool and solidify. Gently lift the cooled mask from the tray, apply it for 15–20 minutes, then remove it and rinse if needed.
What comes in the box?
Your machine comes with 4 collagen peptide packs containing 8 tablets each — 32 tablets already included — plus the mask plate, 100 ml measuring cup, cleaning brush, plastic knife or spatula, power cord and instruction manual. The Diwali offer adds 8 extra tablets FREE, bringing your total to 40 tablets.
Can I use milk, honey or different fruit juices?
The product page supports compatible fruit or vegetable juice and nutrient solutions. It says to dilute thick liquids such as milk or honey with water. Follow the manual’s ingredient guidance and quantities, use fresh ingredients, and patch test a new ingredient before use.
Why do I need a collagen peptide tablet?
The tablet helps the liquid ingredients form a gel-like mask. The instructions use one tablet for one mask. Use collagen peptide tablets intended for the machine and follow the supplied manual.
How do I clean the machine after use?
Add about 80 ml of clean water, select the cleaning mode described in your manual, let the cleaning cycle finish, and drain the remaining liquid through the outlet. Use the supplied brush to remove residue. Do not immerse the machine in water or wash it directly under a tap.
What should I keep in mind while using it?
Keep the machine upright on a flat, stable surface. Do not move or shake it during operation, exceed the 90 ml capacity, insert hands or objects into it, or disassemble it. Keep it away from children and follow the instruction manual before your first use.
Can I buy extra collagen peptide tablets?
Yes. The product page links to refill options containing 8, 16, 24 or 32 tablets, with 8 tablets per pack. Open the collagen refill product page to check the current pack prices and availability.
How many collagen tablets are included in the Diwali offer?
32 collagen peptide tablets are already included with the Voice Face Mask Maker. We are giving you 8 extra tablets FREE for Diwali, so you receive 40 tablets in total: 32 included + 8 free. The instructions use one tablet for one mask.
Are free delivery, COD and EMI available?
The product page lists free delivery across India, Cash on Delivery, and EMI through Razorpay checkout. Enter your delivery address and check which options are available for your order. Any eligible payment offer, EMI instalments and the final payable amount are shown before you pay.
What warranty and replacement support is included?
The product page lists a 1-year warranty with Ilika support and a 7-day easy replacement policy. Review the warranty terms and returns policy for eligibility, exclusions and the process for reporting a problem.
